TEAM-CONDITION QUESTIONNAIRE

 The Team-condition questionnaire applies two team-diagnostic model.  In the feedback report, belong to both model there are scaled evaluation, a textual description of the characteristics, a SWOT analysis, and questions proposed for joint processing with the team. In addition, according to the type of report chosen, it may include recommendations for the leader of the team.

The Team-condition model examines the power of the team. The report produced after the analysis of the completed Team-condition questionnaire provides feedback about the actual status of your team. Based on the results, you can prepare a well-founded development action plan with your team.

The performance value shows what kind of image they developed about themselves concerned achieving result.

The process of the survey
  1. As a first step, please complete the registration form. 
  2. After registration, I will send a registration code and the link for the questionnaire by E-mail. The registration code is required for completion of the questionnaire.
  3. The third step is the filling of the questionnaire. 
  4. I prepare the feedback report for you, and I send it to the email address you entered during registration.
  5. Following up the determined actions and those effects in case if you are open to it.
